It is BOO feet in length nnd 50 feet in width, with a plunk floor—situated in tho centre of the Town, on tho hank of tho Savannah River, and within 100 feet of tho stream. Tlin other three sides are hounded by streets, one of 1G0 feet, one of 100 feet and one of80 feet. Two platforms will extend from tho Ware house to the river; so that Cotton will ho put on Boats without. touching tho ground, except when the river is very low. All sizes of type, plain and ornamental, for hook and job printing, from 14 lines Pica to NonparicI, constantly on hand in such quan tity as to supply uny order at short notice.—- In tho choice of Book letter, pains havo been taken to select such faces os are generally un proved for symmetry, neatness and durabili ty. He also keeps a complete Printer’s Wnrt*- House, (tho only one in this city,) nnd can furnish a complete Printing Officeut very short notice.
