this month, and having bent all tho old Rico
on hand is now in complete order for the re
ception of tho new crop, having plenty of
room and separate bins lor each lot. Tho
mill will wo kept, going night and day as soon
as the supply will warrant it—It is now ascer
tained that from 80 to 100 barrels can be
cleaned in the 24 hours “the engine und ma
chinery being first rale” so that planters
sending rice.to this mill may calculate within
u few (lays when they cun receive it ready lor
market. The mill will furnish barrels when
ever required at 87.1 cents each, and will land
rough ncc from the clock of vessels at a et. pr r
bushel. The proprietors have erected outlie
premises n range of very secure anil fire proof
brick buildings covered with slate for tho pur
pose of storing rice when required, by which
tho owner of it, may avoid the expense of
drnyages, &c. and preserve its good order for
readier sale. Notice will ho given the Fac
tor when the parcel for him is commenced,
that lie uiay determine in time, to have it stor
ed, or receive it from the mill us soon as beat.
In case it is not taken away when turned out
oftho mill, it will be put. into store and the
usual charge made off! cents per week. A
