by enacted by the utithoritv of the same, That
Very person who was a fortunate drawer in
be lam! lotteries by the authority of the acts
passed on the fifteenth day o| December,
eighteen hundred and eighteen, on the six-
{••enth day of December, eighteen hun
ch id and nineteen, and on the fifteenth
day of M*tv, eighteen hundred and twen
ty-one, .shall have until the first dav^of
November, eighteen liundredand thirty, to
takeout his, her or their grant upon paying
into the Treasury the sum of eight dollars.
Sec. ti. And he it further euactedbv the an-
thoritv aforesaid, That from and after'he first
•! ty of November, eighteen hundred and thir
ty, the lands so drawn as aforesaid, and not
granted, shall revert to tind become the prop
erty of t lie State.
Sec. B. And be it further enacted, That
tit:*: :•*•». shall not extend to any lot or lots of
land, drawn by orphans until throe years af
ter tin* said orphans shall have orrived at the
age of twenty-one years ; nor to any lots
drawn by idiots or lunatics or persons who
have departed this life since they gave in for
a clraw or draws in said lotteriea’of 1810
and 12*21, and whose estates arc unrepresen
ted, nor to any lots number ten and one bun-
drud set apart for the purposes of public edu
cation.
Hoc. 4. And he it further enacted, That all
laws ami parts of laws militating against this
act, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Hoc.And be it further enacted by the
authority aforesaid, That it shall ho the duty
< •firs Excellency the Governor, to cause this
act to he published in all the public Gazettes
•I' this State, once a month, until the first
day of November next, and that he cause the
ex pauses of such publication to be paid out
ofthe couting.nt fund.

chinery being first rate” so that planters
sending rice to this mill may calculate within
a few days when they can receive it ready for

rough rice from the IWk of vessels at A n ct. per
bushel. The proprietors have erected on the
promises a range of very secure and tire proof
brick buildings covered with slate fi»r the pur
pose of storing rice when required, by which
the owner of it, may avoid the expense of
