B U it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of tho State of Geor gia in General Assembly met, and it is here by enacted by tho authority of the sumo, That every person who was a fortunate drawer in the land lotteries by the authority of the acts passed on tho fifteenth day of December, eighteen hundred uud eighteen, on tho six teenth day of December, eighteen hun dred uud nineteen, uml on the lUleonlh dayofAItiv, eighteen hundred and twen ty-one, shall have until tho first dtiyjjf November, eighteen hundred and thirty, to takuniit his, her or their grant upon paying into the Treasury the sum of eight dollars. See. 2. And be it further enacted by tho au thority aforesaid, That from uml ntlorthe first titty of November, eighteen hundred uml thir ty, tho lands so drawn as aforesaid, and not granted, slm!! revert to and become the prop erty of the State. Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this net shall not extend to any lot or lots of laud, drawn by orphans until three years af ter I lie said orphans shall havu arrived at tho ago of twenty-ono years; nor to any lots drawn by idiots or lunatics or persons who have departed this lile since they gave iu for a draw or draws in said lotteries of 1818,1819 and 1821, ami whoso estates aro unrepresen ted, nor to any lots number toil and one hun dred set apart for the purposes of public edu cation. Sec. d. And lie it further enacted, That all laws and parts of laws militating against this act, he and tho.sumo is hereby repealed. Kec.il. And Im it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That it shall be the duty of his Excellency the Governor, to cause this act to be published iu all the public Gazettes of this State, once a month, until the first day of November next, ami that he cause the expenses of such publication to be paid out of the contingent fund.
