Representatives of tho State of Geor
gia in Ucuernl Assembly met, and it is here
by enacted by the authority of tho same, That
every person who was a fortunate drawer-in
the land lotteries by the authority of tho acts
passed on the fifteenth duy or December,
eighteen hundred and eighteen, on the six
teenth day of December, eighteen hun
dred and nineteen, and on thu fifteenth
day of May, eighteen hundred and twen
ty-one, shall have until the first dtty h of
November, eighteen hundred and thirty, to
take out his, her or their grant upon paying
into tho Treasury the sum of eight dollars.

drawn by idiots or lunatics or persons who

a draw or draws in said lotteries of 1818,1819
nnd 1821, and whose estates tire unrepresen
ted, nor to any lots number ton and one hun
dred set apart for the purposes of public edu
cation.
See. 4. And be it further enacted, That all
laws and parts of laws militating against this
act, be and the same is hereby repeated.
See. 5. And bo it further enacted by the
authority aforesaid, That it slmll'ho tho duty
of his Excellency the Governor, to cause this
act to bo published in all tho public Gazettes
of this State, once a month, until tho first
day of November next, aiul that he cause the
expenses of such publication to bo paid out
ofthe contingent fund.
