B E it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Geor gia in General Assembly met, and it is here by enacted by tho authority of the same, That every person who wus a fortunate drawer in tho fund lotteries by thu authority of tho acts passed on tho fifteenth day of pccombor, eighteen hundrod and eighteen, on tho six teenth day of December, eighteen -hun dred and nineteen,• and on the fifteenth day of May, eighteen hundred and twen ty-one, shall have until tho first dny m of November, eighteen hundred and thirty, to take out his, her or their grant upon paying into tho Treasury the sum of eight dollars. See. 2. And bu it further enacted by t ho au thority aforesaid, That from and alter the first day of Novel nber, eighteen hundred and thir ty, the lands so drawn as aforesaid, and not granted, shall revert to and become tho prop erty of tho Stale. Sec. 3. And he it further enacted, That this act shall not. extend to any lot or lots of land, drawn by orphans until three years af ter tho said orphans shall have arrived at the ago of tweuty-ono yearn ; nor to any lots drawn by idiots or lunatics or persons who have departed this life since they gave ill for a draw or draws iu said lotteries of 1818,1811) and 1821, and whoso estates are unrepresen ted, nor to any lots number ten and one hun dred set apart lor tho purposes of public edu cation. •Sec. 1. And he it farther enacted, That all laws and parts of laws militating against this act, he and the sumo is hereby repealed.
