tho sumo in the state,
B E it enacted by tho Senate and House of
I\ojirc8entativ*8 of the State of Geor
gia in General Absombly mot, and it is here
by entfftted by tho authority of the same, That
every person who was a fortunate drawer in
the fund lotteries by the authority of tho acts
passed on the lil'toenth duy of December,
oighteon hundred and eighteen, on tho six-
teenth day of December, ciglitcen hun-
dred und ’nineteen, and on tho fifteenth
day of May, eighteen hundrod and twen
ty-one, shall have until the first duy 4 of
November, eighteen hundred and thirty, to
take out his, her or their grant upon imying
into tho Treasury tho sum of oight dollars.
Sec. 2. Aud he it.tlirther enacted by tho an-
1 horif.y aforesaid, That from and after tho first
day ol’Novcmber, eighteen hundred and thir
ty, tho lands so drawn ns aforesaid, and not
granted, shall revert to und become tho prop
erty of the State.
Sec. 3. And ho it further enacted, That
this net shall not extend to any lot or lots of
land, drawn by orphans until tlireo years al
ter tho said orphans shall have arrived nt the
age of twenty-one years ; nor to any lots
drawn by idiots or lunatics or persons who
liavo departed this life sinco they gavo in for
a draw or draws in said lotteries of 1818,1819
und 18*21, and whoso estates arc unrepresen
ted, nor to any lots number ton und one hun
dred set apart lev the purposes of public edu
cation.
Sec. 4. And he it further enacted, That all
laws and pnrts of laws militating against this
act, be and the same is hereby repca'cd.
•See. 5. And bo it further enacted by the
authority aforesaid, That it shall be the duty
of Ids Excellency tho Governor, to cause this
net to bo published in all the public Gazettes
of this State, once a month, until the first
day of November next, and tint he cause tho
expenses of such publication to be paid out
oftho contingent fund.

Trunk Lost.
SMALL Black Leather Trunk, contain-
L ing elegantly bound Rooks, was taken
by mistake from Mrs. Mann’s Hoarding
House, in New York, in tho Fall of 18:28,
einco which nothing lias been heard of it. A
similar trunk was taken by mistake at the
same time, brought to this city, and hns been
returned to New York. Should tho former
have fallen in tho way of any person, ho will
