by which said libel it is stated, alleged and

whereof one John Robbins was master, now
lying in the port or harbor of Savannah, ami

Corner of Cnllowhill and Julian streets, near
the White Horse Tavern. A model may al
so be seen at the Agricultural Store of Mes
srs. I.nndreth, Chcuiiut, a few doors below
Third street.
Farmers, Planters and Citizens, arc parti
cularly invited to call and see the same in 0-
peratiou. The patentee docs not pretend to
boast of his performance in bringing to per
fection that which lias been sought after for
upwards of 20 years ; that is to say, a perfect
Machine for thrashing all kinds of small grain;
also rice. lie will leave that for the public
to judge, and the Machine to rest upon its
own merits. It requires but little room, is
simple in construction, permanent and dura
ble, and perforins beyond conception.
CAuriox.
Tlio public are cautioned against purclm-
cliusing any machine heretofore patented for
thrashing of grain, until they have an oppor
tunity of seeing the above in full operation.
It is supposed to be the last patented by the
U. S. Patent Office. The specification was
only forwarded on the third day of July lastc
The patentee has been engaged 11s agent in
vending different thrashing machines for th
nst seven years, and in accordance with the
Ipinion of scientific men and agriculturists,
it is through him brought to complete perfec
tion. RICE.
The above Machine is unquestionably the
best and cheapest c\cr ottered to the public
for thrashing of rice. Planters would pro
mote their interest by seeing it in operation.
Township, county and state rights ; also,
single Machines, with or without horse pow
er, can be had by applying as above.
Tlio patentee informs the public that at
tempts may be made by imposing upon them,
in ottering others ; bis may be known by liis
name on the concave in front oflhe Machine.
