fHEREAS, libel hath Ibis day been filed
in the Admiralty Court of the United
States for said District, by the United States
of America, against the pilot boat Georgiu,
by which said libel it is stated, alleged and
dclarcd as follows, that is to say, that a cer
tain pilot boat or vessel called tho Georgia,
whereof one John Robbins was master, now
lying in the port or hurbor of Savannah, and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, having been duly enrolled and licenced
in pursuance of an act oftbo Congress of the
United Siates of America, entitled “an uct
for enrolling and licencing ships or vessels to
be employed in the coasting trade, and fish
eries, and for regulating the same,” passed
on the 18tk day of February, 171)13, was on or
about the 20th day of August in the year of
