Mr. Varner will convey them on from thence
to Macon—nnd in returning the same rogu-
lation will be observ d. Seats tube taken nt
Mr. IIudHon’s, Mansion House, $7 50 half
way—and coming from Macon tho passengers
will pay the same sum at Mr. Powers’,20
miles above Savannah. All way pussengers
will be charged 10 cents per mile. All bag
gage to bo nt the risk of the respective own
ers ; nnd extra baggage, say over35 pounds
to each passenger, to be paid for at 8 cents
per pound for half way.
The Lino will bo furnished with first rnto
Conches, Horses and Drivers, and the com
fort of passengers duly attended to—Leave
Savannah, as at present, tlwco times por week
—twice with the mail and one without—to
run through from Savannah to Macon in 40
hours and from Macon to Savannah in the,
samo time. . By this route, passengers aw)
out only one flight, nnd the expenso is about
88 less l ban hy way of Augusta, on which
rout they aro out two nights and a great part
of the third.
