foot walk before their respective houses ana tots,
or so much of the lotas is occupied by each, for
the space of six feet from the foundation of the
houso, piazza, railing, or fences, (as the case may
be) and collect tbe rubbuh therein and therefrom,
and deposit tho same ready for the Scavengers’
