from sumo foreign port or place to him aa yet un
known. and that they were nut imported a* afore*
said according to law, and that the duties there
upon were not paid or secured, as he verily be
lieves. contrary to the statutes ofihe United State*,
in that behalf provided. And the said attorney
further alleging that the said didilladspirits having
been so imported, were brought into the port of

person or persons, having or pretending to have,
any right, title, clsim. or demand, in or to the aaid
four half pipes of brandy, to bo and upps-r at a
special Court of Admiralty, to bo held at the
Coon House, in the city of Savannah, on Tito*-
day, tha fifth day of Octnher nest, at eleven
o’clock, A. M., to* show cause, if any tb*y Inve,
why the said four half pipes of brandy should not
be condemned and sold, and the money arising
from the aula be distrihut«d according to law.
