, RICE LANDS FOR 8AI£.—The Tract of LAND qn the
- Bt. Mary’s River, known as the Cut-off Tract, containing
•even hundred and seventy-two (772) acres, of which over
five hundred (600) acres are tldV swamp and fresh marsh
lands, with a rlso nnd fall of tido or six foot. The marsh
land was successfully cultivated many years since, producing
Cotton, Cano, and Rice. . „,
These lands could bo put in order with loss labour. It Is
believed, than would be required for putting Hammock lands
la order, and are considered very safe from overflow In gales
and freshet*.
