3XL 8 }* Mary’s River, known ns tho Cut-off Tract, containing
seven hundred nnd soventy-two (772) acres, of which over
five hundred (600) acres are tide swamp and fresh marsh
tends, with a rise and foil of tide or six feet. The marsh
tend was successfully cultivated many yeorssince, producing
Cotton, Cane, and Rico.
