J UST RECEIVED.—A supply of Mineral Paints, fire and
water-proof colors, unlading. Silver’s Mineral Paints
differ essentially from all others in market. They are not
Clays, they require little oil, they do not work toughly, but
flow easily as white lead. They lav on a very heavy’ body,
set Immediately, and become an indestructablo covering ol
flint. They neither crack nor peel, and require no stronger
dryer than white lend.
I have a variety of colors. Red, Yellow, various Browns,
and Jet Black. They are superior in body (or covering
property) to anything ever di*covered.and pound for pound
will cover double the surface of White Lead or Zinc Mineral
paints, and require less oil.
I am now prepared to cover Tin Roofs, as nothing adheres
to tin like Silver’s Mineral Paints. For sale by

In tliis preparation we have all the restorative properties
of tho root, concentrated in their utmost strength and effi
cacy ; but while Sarraparelte Root forms an important part
of its combination, it is, nt the name time, compounded
with other vegetable remedies of great power, nnd it is in
the peculiar combination nnd scientific manner of its pre
paration, that its remarkable success in the core of dis
ease depends. It nets simultaneously upon thw stomach,
the circulation and tho b-wels; and {lius three processes,
which are ordinarily tho result or three different kinds of
medicine, arc carried on at the sarno timo. through tho in-
atrutnentalUy of this one remedial agent, which gently stim
ulates while it disinfects aud expels from tho stomach and
bowel* nil that is irritating, und at tho same time restores
their vigor and tone. Its great merit is, that it meets and
neutralizes the nctive principle of disease itself, and when
Hint iWgnne. the symptoms necessnrily disappear; and we
have only to point to the accumulated testimony of multi
tudes who 1mvo experienced its offects, to convince Incredu-
tltv itself of Its real value.
tlie proprietors submit to the public the following certi
ficate from a highly respectable source, of a cure made by
using their preparation of Saranparilla :
’ Chatham, Maas.. July 28,1850.
Messrs. A. B. A I). Sands—Gentlemen: So truly valua
ble do I consider your Sarsaparilla, that I feel it to be my
duly to state for the benefit or others, the cure effected on
myself. Previous to 1845. I had a diteae or the throat,
which destroyed the tonsils, land was then attacked with
violent pain in the head. This soon resulted In severe in
flammation. nnd immonse quantities of blood nnd matter
were discharged. F'or six weeks tlie disease continued in
the head, nnd then pervaded the body generally, attacking
nil tho limbs. I was condoed to a sick bed.froin which I
never expected to arise. Many physicians attended me,
aud the most skilful pronounced me past cure. In short,
tongue cunnnt express my sufferings; and in this condition
I Ittard of your Saraatmrilln. purchased six bottles, nnd re
nounced all other medicines. I did not expect to take all
I bought, so debilitated had my system become. Contrary
to nil expectation, my health almost immediately began to
improve. I was able to attend to my domestic duties, nnd
soon could walk out, a thing I oncu thought would be Im
possible. My grnUtudo I cannot express, feeling satisfied
that nothing elsj could have relieved ine of the misery and
suffering 11 hen endured. I most cheerfully rccomend Sands’
Sarsaparilla to all suffering as I have done. Respectfully
your*. Rebecca Mavo.
Knowing tho above statement to lie strictly correct, nnd
being near neighbors to Mr*. Mayo, wo cheerfully testify to
Hie same.

ANOTHER REMARKABLE CURE.
New York. Jan. 8,1860.
Messrs. Sands—Gentlemen : I havo great pleasure in ac
knowledging to you the great benefit 1 have received from
the use of your Sarsaparilla. A subject of pulmonary dis
ease. I made a ravage to Europe, but while there continued
to bo afflicted. A few weeks after my return, I was seized
with a violent Uemwrhago of the lumas, and from the de
bility nnd great prostration of atrengtn that followed, with
tlie protracted difficulty of respiration, I am entirely re
lieved by the use of your Sarsaparilla, which 1 consider a
most important and truly valuable discovery in the healing
art. I feol that 1 have not for fourteen years enjoyed so
good health ns at present. Gratefully yours,
