The Committee of Reception announco tho following pro gramme : Our guests from Columbus, Macon, Augusta, Mtlledgo- vlllo, Eatonton, and elsewhere, will arrive by the special train at 10 mlnutos past 6 o'clock, on Wednesday evening, nnd will he roceived at tho Railroad depot by the entire general Committee of Arrangements, and an address dcllv- Uvercd by the Hon.
