shall be considered public nuisances, and for the remo.
val of the same—Passed 2d August 1839.
See. 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor, and Aldermen of the
Gty of Savannah and hamlets thereof In Connell assembled,
ana it is hereby ordained by theanthority of tbe same, that
from and after the peering of this Ordinance, the provisions
of said Ordinance prohibiting the keeping of hogs within
certain limits, be end the same are hereby extended so as
to embrace and include the whole eorparate limits of the
Gty of Savannah, end the hamlet* thereof.
Bio. 2. Be It ordained by tbe authority aforesaid, that all
Ordinances or pert* of Ordinance*, conflicting with tbe pro
visions of this Ordinance, he end the same ere hereby re
