M and 1 P M., for con sultation with ont-door parties, and to keep always a com petent supply of vaccine mntter for vaccinating the poor nnd to be furnished physicians, the Ut»or to pny a reasona ble nnd proper price therefor, and to fill all prescriptions signed by any member tithe Georgia Medical Faculty, provided each of mck sprescriplions shall set forth the name of the patient and embrace a certificate that the pa tient reside* within the district of the Dispensary Physician to whom It Is addressed. That the said dispensary Physicians shall bo considered, held and taken as officers of the city, and shall be liable to tho samo penalties for non-performance or neglect of any of their official duties as aro now prescribed in the case of oilier city officers. Bo it further ordained by the authority aforesaid, That such Dispensary Physician before entering on the du ties of his ofllce shall take the oath proscribed for city otfi. cors. and execute a bond with two securities lu the penal sum of nneth<iu<and dollars.conditional for the faithful perform ance of his office. Be It further erdalned, That It shall not bo law- fuller any cow. steer, heifer or calf to bo or go at large within the limits of the city, from the setting of the sun to the rising of the same ; and the owners of such cattle so found at large, shall forfait and pay a *ura not exceeding five dollars for each and every time any such animal shall be found at large ; and It shall be tbe duty of tb* City Mar- ehal and City Constables to take such cattle so found at burg*, contrary to the provisions of this ordinance, and lm- S ound them until the said fine and all costs are paid, and If io animal be not claimed within five days, it snail be the duty of the City Marshal to sell the same at the pound, first giving at least five days’ notice in one of the public garottes of the city of the description of the animal and the time snd place of sale, and he ahall pay the ne't proceeds, after deducting the fine and coats.
