ble do 1 consider your Sarsaparilla, that I feel it to bo my
duty to state for tlio benefit ur others, tho cure effected on
inysolf. Previous to 1846. I had a dissse of the throat,
which destroyed the tonsils, [and was then nttackod with
violent pain in tlie head. Tills soon resulted in severe in
flammation. and Immenso quantities or blood and matter
wore discharged. For six weeks the disease continued in
tlio head, nnu then pervaded the body generally, attacking
all tho limbs. I was confined to a sick bed, from which I
never expected to ariso. Many physicians attended me,
and tlie most skilful pronounced me past euro. In short,
tongue cannot express my suffering*; and In this condition
1 heard of your 8ampar!!hi,pun;iia*ed six bottles, and re
nounced all other medicines. I did not expect to tako all
I bought, so debilitated had my system become. Contrary
to ail expectation, my health almost immediately began to
improve. 1 was able to attend to my domestic duties, and
soon could walk out, a tliiug I once thought would be im
possible. My gratitude I cannot express, feeling satisfied
that nothing elm could have relieved mo of the misery and

Messrs. Sands—Gentlemen : I have great pleasure in ac

the protracted difficulty of respiration, I am entirely re-,
