The proprietor* submit to tho public the following certi
ficate from a highly respectable source, of a cure made by
using tbclr preparation of Sarsaparilla:
Chatham, Mass., July 28,1860.
Messrs, A. B. ft I). Sands—Gentlemen: Ho truly valua
ble do I consider your Harsaparilla, that I fool It to bo iny
duty to state for tho benefit or others, tho cure effected on
jnyself. Previous to 1846. I bad a diswso of tiie throat,
which destroyed tlio tonsils, land was then attacked with
violent pain hi the head. This soon resulted In severe In
flammation, and Immense quantities or blood and matter
were discharged. For six weeks the disease continued in
the head, and then pervaded the body generally, attackin;
all tho limbs. I was confined to a sick bed, from which .
never expected to arise. Many physicians attended me,
and the most skilful pronounced me past cure. In short,
tongue cannot express my sufferings; and in this condition
I heard of your Sarsanarilla,pur(.DBsedsixbotties,andre-
nounccd all other medicines. I did not expert to take all
I bought, so debilitated had my system become. Contrary
to all expectation, my health almost immediately began to
improve. I was able to attend to my domestic duties, and
soon could walkout, a thing I onco thought would lie Im
possible. My gratitude I cannot express, feeling satisfied
that nothing cist could have relieved me of the misery and
suffering I then endured. I most cheerfully recoraond Sands’
Sarsaparilla to all suffering as I have done. Respectfully
yours, Kkbecca Mato.
Knowing the above statement to be strictly correct, and
being near neighbors to Mrs. Mayo, we cheerfully testify to
the same.

ANOTHER REMARKABLE CURE.
Nbw York, Jan. 8,1860.
Messrs. Sands—Gentlemen : I have great pleasure In ac
knowledging to you the great benefit 1 have recelvod from
the use of your Sarsaparilla. A subject of pulmonary dis
ease, 1 made a voyage lo Europe, but while there continued
to bo nfllicted. A few woekB after my return, I was seised
with a violent honnrrhage of tho lumgs. and from tlie de
bility and great prostration of strength that followed, with
the protracted difficulty of respiration, I nm entirely re
lieved by tlio use of your Sarsapnrilla. .which I consider a
most linpdf taut and truly valuable discovery in the healing
art. 1 feel that I have not for fourteen years enjoyed so
good health hh at present. Gratefully yours,
