titled “An act to extend pre-emption rights to certain lands

to keep always a competent supply of vacclno matter for

That tho Bald dispensary Physicians shall bo considered,
held and taken as officers of the city, and shall bo liable to
the same penalties for non-performanco or neglect of anv
of their official duties aa nre now prescribed In the case (if
other city officers.
Sec. 4. Be It forthor ordained by tho authority aforesaid,
That such Dispensary Physician before entering on tho du
ties of his office slum take the oath proscribed for city offi
cers. and execute a bond with two securities in the penal sum

ance of the duties of bis office. Each Dispensary Physician
shall receive In full compensation for medicines and ser
vices, a salary of six hundred dollars per annum, payable
