IIODENSACK’S WORM SYRUP.
A N article founded upon scientific principles,compound
ed with purely vegetable substances, being perfectly
safe when takon, and has neoer been known to fall tn curing
tho most obstinate cases. Worms can never exist when
this remedy is onconaed, from the fact that It not only de
stroys them but removes all the slirao and mucus which
may remain. *
Tho Tape Worm.
Tliis worm Is the most difficult to destroy of all that In-
habit the human body. It grows to nn almost indefinite
length, and becoming so coiled and fastened in the intes
tines and stomach as to prodneoFits,St. Vitas’ Dance. &c ,
which Is the cause of many going to the grave, not believ
ing that these complaints have their origin from the tape
worm ; consequently they do not use the proper medicines
for their disease. To thoso who arc afflicted with this aw
ful foe to health, I recommend tho use of my Worm Syrup
and Liter Pills; tho Syrup to bo taken in doses of two ta
ble spoonfuls threo times a day, then take from five to
eight of my Liver Pills, to dislodge and pass the worm. By
strictly following these directions, the most ohatinate cases
of tape worm can be speedily cured.
Round or Stomnch Worm.
Tills worm is usually found in the small intestines, and is
the worm most common to children, yet It is not entirely
confined to thorn, ns adults hare frequently been known to
suffer with them. The symptoms most prominent while
affected with tills worm, are hardness anu fullness of the
hotly, slimy stools, looseness of tho bowels, picking at the
nose, a bluetsh streak under the eyes, ftc. if you.or any ol
your children havoany of the above symptoms, Hoben-
sack’s Worm Syrup can safely be de;iended upon—hy using
it you have a certain, safe and speedy cure ; and if after
using it according to tho directions tbo patient is not re
stored to health, and tho worms thoroughly eradicated from
the system, you can rest assured there is no remedy beyond
the gravo. as for fall, there is no such word ns fail with
those who use uiy Worm Syrup.
Aacnrlrlea, or Small Thread Worms.
Those worms, to which the human sytom is liablo.nro
most troublesome of all others. They aro generally to be
found in the rectum, and if allowed to remain, from the ir
ritation they produce, lay the foundation for serious dlsor
ders. such as Inflammation of the bowels, and other de
rangement* or tho stomach. Tho best and safest medicino
that can be used is Hobensaek’s Worm syrup. Such is tho
'astonishing power of my medicines over Aacaradles. that
I defy any one to produce a case where my Worm Syrup
and Liver Pills aro recommended to be used they will not
cure. AU that Is necessary ta to use the syrup"In accord-
anco with directions oil each bottle ; and in ense a gentlo
purgative is required in order to allay tho irritation thoy
t iroduce. tho Liver Pills, by tlielr sympathising action and
lealtby operation upon tho bowels, is tho most pleasant
medicine that can tie taken.
HOBENSACK’TLlVER pills.
No part of the system Is more liable to diseaso than tbo
liver, it being supplied with numerous blood vessels and
nerves, and if diseased, the blood of course flowing thro 1
all pnrts of the body, produces liver complaints, Jaundice,
bilious affections, dyspepsia, ftc.
Liver Complaint,
Is attended with chilis, succeeded by fever, severe pain in
the region of llie liver, vomiting bitter taste, yellow furred
tongue, nulso full and bounding, tho pain in the side is in
creased by pressure, should tho left lobe be affected, the
pain is generally in the left shoulder, with a short dry cough
tho skiii becoming of a sallow appearance, and tho stool
clay colored. Tills disease can bo cured by the use of Ho
bensnek’s Liver Pills, as they act directly upon tho seat o
tho disease, and then operating upon tho bowels they ox
pel all tho corrupt and vitiated matter from the system.
Dyspepsia.
Tho symptoms of Dyspepsia, and its various diseases nre
dizziness in the head, heartburn, oppression after eatln;
meals, sourness arising from the stomnch. ftc , and some
times general languor of tho whole body, from this It nil:
bo soon Hint tho disease owes Us origin to a disorganizes
state of the Liver and Stomnch. Hobensaek’s l iver Pills i-
the very medicine to effect a permanent and lasting cure,
as thoy act by changing the certain morbid actions of the
system Into a healthy action, and rendering the blood purr
and healthy.
To Fcmnlcs.
You will find these Pills an Invaluable medicine in many
complaints to which you are subject. In obstructions el the*
total or partial they have been found of inestimable bene
fit in restoring and purifying tho blood and other fluid* s<
as to cure all complaints which may arise from female Ir
regularities, as headache. dlmnesR of sight, pain in the shh
back. ftc. These Pills are the only snfo and effectual reme
dv to cure the following complaints. Gout, Nervousness
Melancholy, Sick Headache. Giddiness. Rheumatism, dis

Dr. Ayer, Lowell—Dear Sir: 1 have for years been afflict

At first It seemed to make me worse; but in loaa than a
