New Orleans, Sept. 28.
Advices from Galveston to the 23d, Inclusive, state
that the yellow fever is continuing its ravages in that
city, averaging teu deaths dully. Arnoug the victims
already fallen are Mayor Sanderson and Professor
Ili’i’EN. The person of the former was robbed while
in a dying state. Thrcg persons have bean arrested
charged with the ofieuce.

The Yellow Fovor In Bcrinmla.
Baltimore, Sopt. 29.
Advices have been received- at Boston from Ber
muda to the 13th Inst., which state that the yellow
fever was prevailing at St*Gcor«e’«. and that out of
hvo hundred convicts, fifty had died and one hundred
and twenty-five were sick. Nearly every one Imd
been attacked with the disease, and tho total num
ber ufdentlistotbe 13th Inst. Imd amounted to eighty-
one. Among tho victims of the pestilence, which
was, wo regret to iearn, John M. Howden, Esq., the
V- S. Cousnt.
