the request of the said Robert W. and Mary J. Pooler, nnd
their request that said mortgage should he made, being
evidenced by their signing and Renliug said deed of mort
gage.) to the said Edward 0. Wilson, Treasurer na afore-
laid, by ueed bearing date the sixteenth day of December.
In the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty-two, to
secure the payment of the sum of two thousand dollars,
with Interest at tho rate of six per cent, per annum, payn-
ble monthly, from the sixteenth day ol December. Auno
Domini, 1852, on demand, according to the tenor and effect
of a certain promissory note made by tho said Mordecal
Myors, trustee as aforesaid, to the said Edward G. Wilson,
treasurer as aforesaid, bearing even date with the said
mortage, and that there still remains unpaid thereon, the
sum of two thousand dollars :
On motion of Griffin k Gordon, attorneys for petitioner,
It is ordered, that tho said Mordecal Myers, trustee as afore
said, do pay into this Court, on or before the first day of
the noxt term of this Court, the principal and interest due
an the said promissory note nnd mortgage, nnd the costs
of this application, and In default thereot, that the equity
of redemption of the said Mordecal Myers, trustee as afore
said, and all claiming under said trust to the said mort
gaged premises be thenceforth and forever foreclosed:
And, it is further ordered, that a copy of this rulo be pub
lished In one of the public gazettes of this State, once a
month for four mooths, or served on tbe mortgagor or his
special agent or attorney, at least three months previous
to the time the money Is directed to the paid, and that such
further and other proceedings be bad as are prescribed by
the statutes oftbeState of Georgia, in such cases made and
