E XECUTOR’S SALE—On the first Tuesday in February
next, will be sold, before the court house in the city of
Savannah, all that Rice Plantation known a* Union CvLa
Plantation, on the Savannah river, containing about two
thousand acres, all of which, with the exception of five hun
dred acres, is first quality rice land, and four hundred and
seventy-five acres of which are now under bank and in cul
tivation. Attached to the plantation is a good steam
thresher, an overseer’s house, negro houses, and all out
