ship Stale of Georgia, on a voyage from Philadelphia to Sa

attached, and soon thereafter struck the said scow, cutting
in two the deck planks of the said scow at the outside cor
ner, forcing thu said scow so violently ncain-d the said
Dredge Boat ns to start some of her planks, cause the
nakom to sjiew out, break the fastenings, and otherwise so
greatly injure the said Dredge Boat n* tn cause her to leak,

the said libellants, have, at great exjiense. caused the said
Dredge Boat to he raised and repaired, nnd have otherwise
sustained damage in tho premise* by reason of such colli
