considered as received until such inspection and measure
ments shall have been made.
At least 100.000 feet inu-t be shipped within ono month
sfter the signing of the Contract, and an equal or greater
quantity must be delivered in each subsequent mouth, till
tin* whole is furnished.
Payments will be made on the delivery of each cargo, it
desired, twenty per cent being, however, deducted from
each payment, nml retained till the whole is delivered, to
ensure the fulfilment of tlie contract.
