the county of Clark, on the 25th of July laat, upon the bo
dy of Thomas N. Epps. by ouo John Epps, aud that said
John Fppa has fled (him Justice ;
1 have thought proper, therefore, to Issue this, my Proc
lamation, hereby offering a reward of One Hundred and
Fifty Dollars for the apprehensloo and delivery of tho said
Epi* to the Sheriff of said county and Htato.
And 1 do. moreover, charge and require all ofltrers In this
8tate. civil and military, to be vigilant In endeavoring to
apprehend tho aald Epps. In order that he may ba brought
to trial for tho offence with which ho stands charged.
