leet (. inches high, has dark auburn hair, thick and bushy,
and rather inclined to curl, hair generally worn very long
and parted in tho center of his head. lie has fair skin and
blue eyes with scars on his face from small pox or other
cause, which may be concealed by bis whiskers. When
laughing he shows the gums of his upper teeth; stoops a
little forward when wnlking. and turns his feet out a little
more than common ; is an Irishman, and talks somewhat
broken. Has also a very low forehead, and a very even
regular set of teeth, is a thick set heavy built man, weigh
ing about K0 or 170 pounds ; walks heavily ; nays he is a
lawyer, nnd sometime* pretends to trade in lands.
