nnd rather inclined to curl, hair generally worn very long
and parted i n tlie center of his head. He lias fair skin and
blue eyes with scars on his face from small pox or other
cause, which may bo concealed by his whiskers. When
laughing he shows the gums of his upper teeth; stoops a
little forward when walking, nnd turns ids feet out a little
more than common ; is nn Irishman, nnd talks somewhat
broken. Has also a very low forehead, and a very even
regular set of teeth, is a thick set heavy built man. weigh
ing about l' O or 170 pounds; walks heavily ; says he is a
