ion house.in good repair, and two lumber carts with every
appliance lor the lumber business, situated on a high and
healthy hill.
There are also about 300 acres of as good hammock land,
for either corn or cotton, to bo 1'ouud nnv where, covered
with red oak. white oak. hickory, and asli timber. These
lands present as good facilities for either lumbe- cutting,
stave getting, or turpentine, as any other, nnd will be pen
etrated by tho Savannah nnd Albany Railroad, now in con
templation.
