Euluula, Alabama, I will sell, to the highest bidder, at
Cutliburl, in thu county of Randolph, Georgia, on Tuesday,
the 6th day of December, next, the following Linds on the
Chattahoochee river, in the 8tn district of said county, to
wit: LoU number 295-296-313-314-327-328-329-344-346-
840-868-360—and tbe south-third of lots number 316-326-
347-367 and 378, composing the plantation of the said Reu
ben C. shorter, senior, in his lifetime. The tract lies with
in three miles of Georgetown, Ga., and Flufaufa. Ala., and
embraces over 2700 acres, of which about 1400 are cleared,
and near 1000 acres of river and creek bottoms, of endur-
fng ami fertile soils. The quarters are finely located for
health, and are supplied by a never-failing spring of great
volume and beauty. There are cabins, with brick cnim*
neys, for a hundred negroes, and all other buildings needed
upon such a plantation. Tho lands are well watered, af
fording superior accommodations for stock ; and tbe water
gin and mill, and landingtor the shipment of cotton are
not excelled by any upon the rirer. The entire tract will
be sold together, an an opportunity for securing a planta
tion so valuable is rarely to be had.

in said county, number 342 in the 8th district, near tba
river, containing 202# acres, of which ninety are cleared
