That the schooner John Boston has been brought to the
citv of Savannah, where she must be repaired at great
expense and loss of time, that it is impossible to ascertain
exlcriy what will bo tho extent of tbo damage, but a* far
ns calculation can be made tho * amago sustained by *ucb
colli Aim to the schooner John Boston amounts to tho aura
of tlltceu hundred dollars; that this occurred in tho ad
miralty and maritime jurisdiction of said Court—all ot
which tho libellants pray leave to furnisti proof, and have
also prayed & decree for tho damages aforesaid and coata,
and that the 01 dinary process may issue.
And whereas, tho Judgo o! the District Court aforesaid,
hath ordered and directed that the ordinary proce*s should
issue, returnable to the United States Court Room, in the
city of Savannah, on the eighteenth day of April next, at
eleven o’clock. A. M.
Now, therefore, you are hereby authorized, informed,
nnd strictly enjoined, peremptorily to cite and admonish
ill persons having or pretendiug to have any right, title,
interest or claim to the said steamship Florida, her ap-
parol, machinery, tackle and furniture, by all lawful waya
nnd HK-aus whereby this monitiou may be rnai.o most
public and notorious, to bo and appear at the time and
place aforesaid, before the Judge aforesaid, to show cauae,
it nnv they have, why judgment should uot pas* as pray
ed for, and to do and receive what unto law nnd justlco
