coUMon to the schooner John Boston amounts to tuo sum
of fifteen hundred dollars; that this occurred in the ad
mtratty ami maritime Jurisdiction of said Court—all o!
which tho libellants pray leave to furnish proof, and hare
also prayed a deereo for tho damages aforesaid and costa,
aud that the oidlnary process may issue.
And whereas, the Judge of the District Court aforesaid,
hath ordered and dircoted that tho ordlnaty process should
Issue, returnable to the United Stales Court Room, in tbe
city of Saraunah, on tho eighteenth day of April next, at
eleven o'clock. A. 51.

and strictly enjoined, peremptorily to cite and mlmoni-h

parel, machinery, tackle and furniture, by all lawful ways
