THE fobferiber intending to remove to Philadelphia, town of Savannah, one hundred ana twenty feet in nroott and ninety in depth;‘a good dwclfing-lfoufe and litchdr, SL. 7 oew &o fJ *dry g**, uS with a fire-place in it, large out-fterts, a stable and chair* house, with all other convenient out-houses new, a well oT very good water in the yard, a good garden with toany fruit-trees, vines, and ufcful roots, indofed with anew fence of cyprefe boards. Also fronting find lots, a wharf, 140 feet front, and 100 in depth, a crane-house on each end, two pits, blocks, fall, capfon and stage, foitable to heave down two veflels at once; a ftorehouft thereon, 50 feet long, and 45 feet wide, four stories high, divided into ten rooms* fufliaent to hold sooo barrels of rice; a machine to hois goods from the wharf into cither dory, or into the uppei one, where they are rolled through into dm town; two men are fofficient to hoist and ftoie a hog (head of nun; the hogfe is new, well built, and of good timber, the foundation krone and well made with brick. Also, A traa of land, 12 miles from town, and two frohi the river Savannah, containing fioo acres, 200 of which rice land, the rest very good pine. Another trad, fix miles from town, and two from the li ver Savannah, quantity 450 acres. Likewise, A trad on Ogechee river, has a fine bluff, con tains 250 acres, nearly divided between rice swamp and high Two years credit will be given for part of the purchase money.
