AMERICA.’ SAVANNAH, Juke 30. SAPT. Drummond, who arrived here- on Wed* nefday last, left the Havana the 13th instant, at which time the Englifti troops had not re ceived orders to embark. It is reported, that a (loop of war, withdif patches for the Governor of the Havana, for the evacuation of that place, is cast away upon the Great Bahama Bank, and that the crew are saved, but the vcftel and packet loft.
