S AV A N N A H, August 25. Lieutenant Colonel Hardy, with the 65th regiment, we hear, is failed from the Weft Indies for Ireland. In confcquence of the dispatches from England for Gen. Keppel, mentioned in. our last, the 9th regiment, under Major Ogilvie, was ordered to St. Augustine, the 2 2d, un der Major Loftus, to take pofleffion of and garrison Mobile, See. and the 35th, under Major Forbes, to garrison Pensa cola, See, the 43d was sent to Jamaica, and the 48th and 56th went for England; the troops formerly sent to St. Augustine and Pensacola were ordered to New-York, to re ceive orders from Gen. Amber ft. Part of the 9th regiment arrived at St. Augustine the ult.
