trial of the Prufian Lieut. Gen. Finch, and the twt> Major
Generals Rebcntefch and Gerfdorf, for their conJuld at the
affair of Maxcn, being ended, the court-martial, of which
M. Zicthcn, General ofhorfo, was president, fcntenced the
