Rice will be taken in part payment. fubfcriber being about to leave this province in a rJL very little time, gives notice to aUjperfons indebted to Francis Arthur and company, that there is an absolute neceflity for immediate payment of their refpeftive debts. He will dispose of fix valuable TRACTS of LAND upon very moderate terms, containing 4750 acres, viz. One trad situate on North Newport river, about four miles from Sun bury, containing 900 acres, 400 of which are good swamp, with a fine reserve of water, a ood dwelling houfe thereon, and 80 acres of the high land cleared. Another traft of 350 acres, on a navigable creek, within one mile of Sunbury, good for indico and rice, about 90 acres of the high land cleared, apd a dwelling-house there on, pleasantly situated. 800 acres on Bull Town swamp, four miles from a landing. 900 acres on Newport swamp, fix-miles i'rom a landing. 500 acres on said swamp, seven miles from a landing. 1300 acres in St. Andrew’s parilh, two miles frbm a landing. r These four last trails are principally rice land, and esteem ed inferior to none in this province, having great conveni cncy for back water. Enquire of Meflrs. James Read and company in Savan nah, or in Sunbury of FRANCIS ARTHUR. Who has several town lots in Sunbury, fome with im provements, likewise to dispose of. THERE AS the subscriber, in a few months, proposes VY to depart the province, therefore desires all persons who are anyways indebted to him to make speedy payment, otherwise mull put all his outstanding debts into the hands of an attorney. And all persons who have any demands on him are desired to bring in their accounts for payment. He hath to fell THREE TOWN LOTS in Savannah, and several valuable TRACTS of LAND, viz. A trad, containing 1000 acres, known by the name of Vale Royal, of which 220 acres is exceeding good rice land; also 281 acres rice land opposite to it on Hutchinfon’* island, a large new. bam, rice pohnding machine by water, a good overseer’s honfe, with several other improvements, a mile aad*a half from Savannah, as well situated for pleasure and profit as any traft in Georgia. One Q*a, containing 800 acres, commonly known by the name of the Sabine Field'', formerly Mr. Thomas Bur yingtdp’s, about two miles and a half from Savannah, ex cesedingly well timbered with white and red oaks, bays and mnes, exceeding good land, at Jeaft 200 acres of good rice land, anew barn 72 feet by 64, a good dwelling-house, and other improvements. One traft, containing 3*o acres, two miles from Savan nah on the Ogechee road, chiefly high swamp, pleasantly situated, hath on it a dwelling-house, barn, and other im provements. One traft, containing *OO acres, on Little Ogechee, very good, without improvements; it joins Mr. Haberfham’s land. One traft, containing sooo acres, in Halifax, fronting on Savannah nver opposite Matthews?* Bluff, the richest kind of river swamp, well timbered with oaks and cypress. This traft takes in two or three acres of high land for a fettlemenf.
