NOTICE is hereby given, that the accompts of the'filk
culture are made up. All thole that have money due
them for cocoons delivered at the publick filature are there
fore deftred to call for pavment.

IX7 HERE AS, by an aA of the General Alieinbly of this
YV province, bearing date the 25 th day of March 1755,
intituled, “ An AS for conilituting and dividing the several
Diilrifts and Divilions of this Prov ince into Parilhes,” it is
enacted, That the town and di Ariel of Savannah, extending
up the river Savannah, including the islands therein as far as
the fouth-eall boundary ofGofhcn, from thence in a fouth
wcil line to the river Gredt Ogechec, and from the town of
Savannah eallward as far as the mouth of the river Savannah,
including the fca islands to the mouth of the river Great O
gechee, and all the fetllemcnts on the north fide the said ri
ver to the weflern boundaries thereof, lhall be and for ever
continue a parilh bv the name of the parilh of Ciuill-Church;
and whereas the laid aft intitles the eltry clerk to a fee of
one Jhilling llerling for entering every birth, chialiening,
marriage, and burial, and every head Or mailer of a family
is to give in such birth, chrifltning, marriage, or burial,
to the vellry clerk, within one month, under the penalty of
five (hillings llerling; thele me therefore tv) delire all heads
or maters of families, that have heretofore neglected to give
in tiic times of the births, chriflenings, marriages, and bu
rials, within the laid parish, that they do accordingly give
notice, or else executions will be ilfued againll all defaulters,
and the penalty to be included, without farther notice.

call me to England, I hope they will fettle their accounts
immediately. I lhall be exceeding forty to be unJcr the

tainly mult if this notice is not complied with.—Those who
have any demands on the said eilate are desired to fend them
in, properly attefled, and receive pavment.

the guns at Fort George, and thebattery at Code,
spur, this is therefore to desire any person or persons, wft©
are inclinable to undertake the fame, to give in their pro
posals to the commifiioners of the fortifications, at house
of the Hon. Col. Jones, or Capt. John Milledge, on or be
fore the 17th day of this intlant July. The pattern carriage
by which they are to be made may be Baillie,

attorney in his abfcnce ; and has provided a careful and
good workman for carrying on his huiinefs: He Has also
