THE fubferiber l>eing about to leave this province m a
very little time, gives notice to all perions indebted
Francis Arthur and company, that there is an abfolnte
necessity for immediate payment of their refpedive debts.
He will dispose of fix valuable TRACTS of LAND upon
very moderate terms, containing 4750 acres, viz.
One trad situate on North Newport river, about four
miles from Sunbury, containing 900 acres, 400 of which are
good swamp, with a fine reserve of water, a good dwelling*
Boufe thereon, and 80 acres of the high land cleared.
Another trad of 350 acres, on a navigable creek, within
oae mile of Sunbury, good for indico and rice, about 90
acres of the high land cleared, and a dweUing-houfe there
in, pleasantly situated. *
Soo acres on Bull Town swamp, four miles from a landing.
900 acres on Newport swamp, fix miles from a landing.
500 acres on said swamp, (even miles from a landing.

e all kinds of faddlery in the neatest manner, and wim
the greatest difoatch. They also line chairs, and make bar
nefs; and will be much obliged to all who favour them with
their custom.—They have a parcel of London f a< kjj CJ
and bridles, which they will (ell as low as any of the fame
goodness in the province.
N. B. Their (hop is about two miles from the Meeting,
house, and will suit the gentlemen and ladies about Ogechee
and round St. John’s parifii, as the smallpox is now in Sa.
vannah.
