Who has several town lots in Sunbury, forae with im
provements, likewise to dispose of.
WHEREAS the fubfcrser, on the 28th day of April
last, bought at publick vendue, at the Watch-house
in Savannah, a NEGROE WENCH named Sally, and
her TWO MULATTO CHILDREN, lately the property
of Capt. Edward Somerville deceased, seized on execution
by the provost-marshal of this, province, and fold by him by
virtue thereof: And whereas the said wench and her children
lie said to be run away into the woods, the fubferiber doth
hereby offer a Rewound of Forty Shillings Sterling to any per lon
who shall take up the said negroe and her children, and deli
ver them to him: But whereas the fubferiber hath reason to
believe the said wench and children are harboured and con
cealed from him, he doth hereby promise a Reward of live
founds Sterling to any white perion who (hall give due proof
of being so harboured or concealed; and any person
harbouring or concealing them may depend on being prose
cuted tp the utmost fe verity of the law.

he belongs to Mr. Alexander Sbmmers of French Santee, in
South Carolina. He is a (hort black well set fellow, and
speaks proper Engiiih.
HEREAS, by an aft of the General Aflembly of this
V V province, bearing date the 25 th day of March 1 75*.
intituled, * 4 An Aft for constituting and dividing the several
Diftrifts and Divisions of this Province into Parilhes,” it is
enafted, That the town anddiftriftof Savannah, extending
up the river Savannah, including theifiands therein as far as
the south-cast boundary of Goihen, from thence in a south
west line to the river Great Ogechee, and from the town of
Savannah eastward as far as the mouth of the river SavanDah,
including the sea iflahds to the mouth of the river Great O
gechee, and all the (ettlements on the north fide the said ri
ver to the western boundaries thereof, (hall be and for ever
continue a pariih by the name of the pariih of Christ-Church;,
whereas the said aft intitles tht vestry clerk to a fee cf
one frilling sterling for entering every birth, christening,
marriage, and burial, and every head or master of a family
14 to give in such birth, chriftcning, marriage, or burial,
to the vestry clerk, within one month, under the penalty of ,
five (hillings sterling; these are therefore to desire all heads
or mailers of families, that have heretofore negleftcd to give
in the times of the births, christenings, marriages, and bu
rials, within the (aid pariih, that they do accordingly ‘ IVC
