may fend tnem to Mr. Zubly, and the favour is requested of
those indebted to the fame to make speedy payment.
WHEREAS the fubferiber, on the 28th day ofTprif
last, bought at publick vendue, at the Watch-house
in Savannah, a NEGROE WENCH named Sally, and
her TWO MULATTO CHILDREN, lately the property
of Capt. Edward Somerville deceased, seized on execution
by the provost-marshal of this province, and fold by him by
virtue thereof: And whereas the said wench and her children
are said to be run away into the woods, the fubferiber doth
hereby offer a Reward of Forty Shillings Sterling to an y ptriou
who (hall take up the said negroe and her children,.and deli
ver them to him : But whereas the fubferiber hath reason to
believe the said wench and children are harboured and con.
cealed irom him, he doth hereby promise a Reward of Five
Pounds Sterling to any white person who (hall give due proof
of their being so harboured or concealed; and any perlon
harbouring or concealing them may depend on being proie
cuted to the utmost severity of the law.
AN OVERSEER is wanted by the fubferiber.-—Any
person properly qualified for taking charge of a few
pair of sawyers, and who can be well recommended for hii
diligence, sobriety, and honesty, may meet with good en
couragement from LEWIS JOHNSON.

on the south fide of Great Ogechee, adjoining the planta
tion of Mr. James Butler, containing about 200 acres of
good swamp, 250 of oak and hickory land, and 50 acres of
pine barren. Also,
A TRACT of SIX HUNDRED ACRES, very plea
santly fttuated on the south bank of Midwav river, about
four miles above the town of Sunbury, fit either for rice,
twfij or indico. ■■ For further particulars inquire of the

WHEREAS Mkfirs. Moodie and Ballingall have aifrm
ed their books and securities for money unto the
Honourable Rawlins Lowndes, Esq. and Mr. James Creigh
ton of London, merchant, in trull for Mr. John Watlone,
and their other creditors ; and Thomas Moodie has also as
signed his particular books and securities for money unto the
above-mentioned gentlemen in trufl for the fame use: Thefc
are therefore to desire all persons indebted either to the co
partnerftiip of Moodie and Ballingall, or to Thomas Moodie
in his Own right, by simple contrast, note, or other
specialty, immediately to call upon Mr. Creighton and fettle
with him, who is fully authorifed to receive and give proper
difeharges/or the fame, and to take notice, that no perlon,
except one of the above-mentioned aflignees, can, alter this
date, give a legal acquittance for any of the aforelaid de
mands, and it is expefted that all debts due as above will he
difeharged before the firft day of December next at farthel!>
otherwise they will be putin suit without diftinftion.
