ces us of your great regard to the real welfare and interest of

for preferring us in so tranquil a date, as to have rendered
ufetefs the vote of credit with which you were (o worthily in*
trolled. . ■
We (hall take under consideration the produce of the last
year’s tax, and for the necefTary Services of the corrent year
we will chearfully provide.; We ihall use our utmost endea
vours to give such dispatch to the publick business that the
attendance thereon may not become injurious or burthenfome
to auy of the members, and doubt not but the fame will be
conduded with that temper, unanimity, and confidence,
that has hitherto proved (o conducive to the welfare of this

that—“ Letters fr-m Spain assert that all the differences

ters at Honduras were amicably terminated.—Admiral Pyo
had hoisted his flag on board the Kent at Plymouth.—'Two
(hips were actually taken up to bring the Palatines, mentioned
above, to this province —The French make grievous
plaints of the vigilance of the British cruizers at St. Pierre
and Miquelon.—lt is (aid orders are issued to work double
tides, and to augment the number of artificers in the King’*
yard at Portfqiouth, Plymouth and Chatham ; thirty (hilling*
