A TRACT of FIVE HUNDRED ACRES of LAND,
on the south point of Lijtle Ogcchec, about 14 mile 9
from, town, to which there is a good cart road, bounding
weft and north on Richard Cooper; 300 acres is good corn
and indigo land, and the rest go )d rice land, the whole in
ferior to none in the province. There is the best mulberry
orchard in the province on this traft, 401. a yeai having been
made from it for fome years in cocoons, and it has two hou
(es and frames fit for that purpose; there is also a good orange
fjrove of bearing trees upon it. A veflel of 200 tons may
