A TRACT of FIVE HUNDRED ACRES of LAND,
on the south point of Little Ogcchee, about 14 miles
from town, to which there is a good cart road,-bounding
welLand north on Richard Cooper; 300 acresis good corn
and indigo land, and the rest go and rice land, the whole in
ferior to none in the province. There is the bell mulberry
orchard in the province on this traft, 401. a yeai having been
made from it for fome years in cocoons, and it has twohou
fes and frames fit for that purp^fe; there is also a good orange
grove of bearing trees upon it. A veftel of 200 tons may

RICE LAND As any in this province, fituatcon the
north point of Onflow liland on the river Savannah, about
eight miles above Savannah. Every acre of the said land is
so unexceptionably good that a particular defeription of it is
useless.—Any person inclinable to treat for the fame may ap
ply to me in Savannah, or at my plantation opposite to the
said ill and. ALEXANDER WYLLY.
THE fubferiber, after so many repeated felicitations,
once more desires all persons who are any wife indebted
to him, as well as to Morel and Hoorer, to fettle the fame
to his fatisfattion by the 18th of Odober next, otherwise
they may depend on finding their accounts, &c. in the handj
of his attorney. Tie also desires all persons to whom he or
Morel and Hooper are indebted to bring in their demands

HIS ISLAND of GREAT-WASSAW, with ALL THE
ADJOINING ISLANDS and HARD-FEEDING
MARSHES, containing upwards acres: Great part
of tae large island confills of a variety of low’ meadow and
other planting land, which may be eahly prepared for corn,
indico, or rice ; also a great quantity of live oak, cedar,
and the belt kind of pitch for lhip-bui’ding; distant
but one tide ot flood to Savanubh ; and has on it upwards of
ico head of fine tame cattle, many sheep and hogs, and*a
few horses and marcs, which will be fold together w'ith the
island.—W hoever is inclined to purchase the whole may
have one, two, or three years credit, if required.
