A TRACT of FIVE HUNDRED ACRES of LAND,
on the fottth jpoint of Little Ogechee, about 14 miles
ft om town, to which there is a good cart road, bounding
weft and north on Richard Cooper; 300 acres is good corn
and indigo land, and the rest good rice land, the whole in
ferior to none in the province. There is the best mulberry
orchard in the province on this trad, 401. a yeai having been
made from it for fome years in cocoons, and it has two hou
ses and frames fit for that purpose; there is also a good orange
grove of bearing trees upon it. A veflel of 200 tons may

TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY ACRES of as good
RICE LAND as any in this province, situate on the
north point of Onflow Island on the river Savannah, abont
night miles above Savannah. Every acre of the said land is
so unexceptionably good that a particular description of it is

where he now lives, which is at well fitnated, either kit
business or the ufc of a private family, as any hotffe in Savan
nah. The dwelling house contains a large store well fitted
for dry goods, four fire rooms, and three rooms without fire
places, a large brick cellar for the use of the store, and a
final l one for the use of the family. Amongst the out
buildings there are two good lodging rooms with fire places,
a kitchen, back-store, wafli-houfe, ftablt, chair-house,
pigeon-house, &c. &c. and a good well in the yard.—Any
