A TALL ‘ftout old NEGROE FELLOW, freaks no
English, has on white negroe cloth jacket and breeches,
and is a little marked in the face with the smallpox, taken
up about 80 miles from Savannah .
NOTICE is hereby given, to all persons having suits
depending in the Court of Chancery in this province,
That the said court will fit to hear and determine causes on
the lad Tuesday in this present month of Odtober, and that
the several plaintiffs in such suits must set down their causes
for hearing with the Register, so that fubpxna’s may ifiue
to hear judgment, which fubpsna’s must be served fix days
before the return thereof, if the defendants live in Savan
nah, or within twenty miles thereof, and twenty days if

MARSHES, containing upwards of 4000 acres: Great part
of the large island confills of a variety of low meadow and
other planting land, which may becafily prepared for corn,
indico, or rice; also a great quantity of live-oak, cedar,
and the bed kind of pitch-pine, for (hip-building; dillant
but one tide of flood to Savannah; and has on it upwards of
100 head of fine tame cattle, many Ihccp and hogs, and a
few horses and mares, which will be fold together with the
island.—Whoever is inclined to purchase the whole may
have one, two, or three years credit, if required.
