F in Georgia for raising wheat, rye, barley, flax, and
indico, situate on the Walnutßranch in Halifax dift f ,
bout 16 miles from Savannah river. There it about* 21
acres cleared and under fence. It it lofty timber, audehiefly
large white and red oak, hickory, and locust, with abun
dance of large black walnut, a peach orchard of above cco
trees planted out fix years past. It hath upwards of one mile
of a cane bottom along ft the northwest line, and laid branch
running through it. The bottom is exceeding good for
hemp or meadow.*—Such as inclineth to buy it mayaoDlv to
Mr.John Thomas of said diftria, or to the subscriber on
WhitmarTh island near Savannah. Credit will be given if
required for half the purchase one year dear of interest.

A TRACT of FIVE HUNDRED ACRES of LAND
on the south point of Little Ogcchee, about 14 miles
from town, to which there is a good cart road, bouadine
weft and north on Richard Cooper; 300 acres is good corn
and indigo land, and the rest good rice land, the whole in
ferior to none in the province. There is the best mulberry
orchard iu the proving on this traa, 40L a ycai having been
made from it for fome years in cocoons, and it has two hou
ies and frames fit for that purpose; there is also a good oranve

Cjunnea, other wife Margaret Anoe, concerning the lands
I formerly advertised, this is therefore to infbnn the publick
or whom it may concern, that I have been Jn Charleftown!
and have overfet any pretensions that the said Jacob and
Mwgaret can have, and that I have brought up with me
fufficient warning to the said Jacob and Margaret, which’
will prove fatisfafiory to my friends, or any body else who
mail pretend to any such frivolous claims as have been hi
therto laid, and if the said advertisement is not soon remov
ed, or if any thing of the kind appears for the future, the •
authors (hall be prosecuted according to law. And I hereby
acquaint my friends and others, that I have fold to Miles
Brewton, Esq. of Charleftown, part of the said land, and
have yet about too acres for (ale, whereon Bands a very good *
barn with sundry good dwelling rooms at one end, a good
rice machine, feyeral negroe houses, and many other co
vement out buildings, suitable for a good rice plantation,
rartofit has litely been planted by the Hon. Jonathan ‘
Bryan, Esq. and on the laid land there is plenty of good
cypress and other timbers, suitable for lumber making; a
-ho oner that will carry ico barrels of rice may lie andload
at the landing with fafety. This land is about 11 miles -
from Savannah, in Puryfburgh township, is bounded by.
oavannah and Back rivers and Apolkie creek, and has lev*,
ral convenient knolls suitable for indico, corn, peafe, and
potatoes.—Whofoever is inclinable topurchafe the fiiid 300
acres, and improvements, may treat with Mr. Newman
Swallow merchant in Charleftown, ot the subscriber in Sa
vannah, where the proper grant and plot may be seen.—At
the fame time he takes this method of desiring all those it

buildings, by pulling down or removing them in any shape.
