WENT AWAY from the Governor’s plantations near Savannah the
beginning of OAober left, THREE NEW NEGROE MEN, of
the Guiney country, named PITT, PQMPETT, and CARLOS ; they were
purchased in June last, ted it’s ftlppofed Cannot speak Engliih enough to
give any account of themselves, or who they belong to. It is known that
they kept up between Savannah and Ogechee Rivers, They had On when
they went away coarse otnabrig breeches and white negro* cloth robins.
Whoever takes up the said negroes, ud delivers them to Richard (iam
bell at Savannah, or to me at the Governor*, plantations at Ogechee,
(hall be paid a reward of twenty (hillings for etch, over and above what
is allowed by law. Pitt is foppofed to be about five feet ten inches, with
remarkable thick lips; Fompey about five feet nine; and Carlos about
five feet seven or eight inches. They are all very likely young fellows.

hn own, has biscouatry marks like a foake round his neck and across his
